This is a story where I’m hoping to take some things and put them on its head. Everyone has heard of isekai about now, but has anyone ever really contemplated what it would be like to have voices, visions, or archaic ideas and views swim around a person's mind? We also hear about how the mc’s always gets the harem. But what if that's because there are more women than men and women are somewhat biologically different then the women we know from our world. Imagine a society where anyone can become strong and since there are more women than men, there are more stronger women than stronger men and now apply medieval history and a view that men are lower than women because the goddess made women in her image. And what if, the mc isn’t the only one with memories of past lives, and he meets some people who have been driven insane because of it?

This is my first time writing a book and showing it to potential thousands of people. I won’t promise that my work will be good right off the bat. But I'm hoping that, with enough constructive criticism, I can provide an interesting read for all comers and improve to match and exceed the expectations put on me.

Inspired by the Chaos Seeds novels, TheDespaxas's The Gamer, and a wide variety of games and books, although the world, characters, and systems are my own. Expect high fantasy, magic, combat and intrigue, love and loss, grief and passion. This story is intended for adult audiences and contains explicit sexual content, profanity, and violence (including sexual violence, although not by the protagonist and not as a focus of the story). There is also a single very brief (1-2 paragraph) netorare rape scene. It is not tagged because it is not a focus of the story.

I prefer my stories to have happy endings, and especially in these uncertain times I feel that it is important to maintain hope. While this tale will reach some dark places, I promise to you that, when all is said and done, the villains will be justly punished and the heroes will prevail and prosper. Remember: it is darkest before dawn, but dawn always comes.

This is a story that I'm working on after getting inspiration from reading 'The Lords Empire' in particular, then various other Wuxia/Cultivation novels I have read previously.

This will be a novel that takes quite some time to get anywhere, meandering in a way with little direction and, I'll state this now as some people have commented on it, will not feature sex.
Sex will be present eventually, but there's a reason I do not have it tagged with smut/adult/sexual content. (Lord's Empire didn't have any until chapter 500ish)

He did not see any bright lights, nor did his life flash before his eyes. He just felt burning hot pain, that eventually became numbness. He was then carried from this world as death claimed him.

When he next opened his eyes, he had returned to his youth. The world he found himself in wasn't his own though. He was in a mine on an island. He discovered he might be the only human in this world. Finding himself forced to labor in the mines if he wanted to eat, he began planning to leave the island.

Rex will quickly realize it doesn't matter where he goes when he is the only one of his race. He will discover magic, and try to build a new civilization. He will aim to build a country free of war. This is the story of the legacy he will attempt to build, as the only human in the world. Surrounded by different points of view, and cultures, Rex will have to grow to overcome any obstacles he may meet.

This is my first work on the website. It will be updated every week with extra chapters when I have time.

I also go deep into some things like modern weapons, and how they work, Rex is supposed to be an engineer after all. This is way more in-depth than other books I have personally read, but do not attempt any of this at home. None of the information is complete, you will more than likely harm yourselves.
